The Chicago Tribune reports that the State of Indiana is prepared to offer $300,000 to families of each of the seven people who were killed in the stage collapse at the Indiana State Fair last summer and that the 61 injured victims will have to share the remainder of the $5 million fund.  Lawyers for the victims have recently filed a class action lawsuit seeking to declare the damages cap in place in Indiana unconstitutional.
